We reserve the right to revoke, without notice or refund, credentials or access to WSAA events and venues for those who engage in such conduct.

The Western States Acquirers Association is a not-for-profit organization. We provide an independent forum dedicated to keeping acquirers educated and informed on the ever-changing needs of the financial services industry.
Western States Acquirers Association is committed to hosting a safe and successful show in 2021. We are currently assessing the regulatory guidelines concerning vaccinations, COVID testing, masks and social distancing. At present, none of these are requirements for our 2021 WSAA conference. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation with the CDC, the state of Texas, city of Fort Worth and Tarrant County to understand changes in their event requirements. As the conference grows closer, there is the possibility of guideline changes. However, it is the intention of WSAA to adhere to the most recent directives when the event occurs in October.
